Christmas Tree‘Tis the season to join in on some of the Christmas and New Year’s festivities around Cape Cod! Here are some of the wonderful events taking place this month.

Gardens Aglow in Sandwich
Weekends through December 30th

December 1st - 3rd

This festive event includes caroling at the Historic Nobska Lighthouse, a Jingle Jog 5K, and a Kids Elf Run. On Sunday, walk on Main Street with the parade and enjoy other festivities. More details >>

54th Annual Falmouth Christmas Parade
December 3rd

Don’t miss out on the largest holiday parade in Southeastern Massachusetts! The parade starts at noon at the Falmouth Mall and features floats, costumes, marching bands, animals, and Santa. More details >>

48th Annual Osterville Christmas Open House & Stroll
December 8th

Mashpee Chamber Christmas Parade
December 9th

This is a nighttime parade with illuminated floats, festive music, and holiday costumes. The theme for this year is “Mashpee Celebrates Under the Stars!” More details >>

First Light Provincetown
December 28th - 31st

This annual holiday event features an amazing fireworks show, dancing, live performances, and the famous New Year’s Day Polar Bear Plunge. More details >>

First Night Sandwich
December 31st

This holiday celebration is family friendly and alcohol free. The event features multicultural activities and performances. The community celebration is open to everyone from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and there is a Reveler’s Parade at 8:00 p.m. More details >>
